I'm not usually one for stats but apparently the Drake and cane got dethroned Shocked.

Only thing that could top this would be a gallente ship in the number 1 spot.

I'm rather surprised about the Rokh being number 3 though.

The Caracal Brawler concept was drawn up as soon as the T1 Cruiser changes in Retribution were made known.

Skirmish Naga's are great ships as Baby Rokhtrine.

Drakes were always used for their high tank. The low damage didn't matter. With the recent nerf to Heavy Missiles, the damage is too low, to justify taking out.

Eve Kill is always going to be biased compared to what ship people are actually flying. CCP's released actual stats showing Drake is currently the King BC by a factour of about 2 over the Cane, and about 4 over the next closest.
The reason for Eve Kills bias... Null Sec fleet doctrines are going to place a huge bias on it, as the ships in null fleets die way faster than almost any other use for a ship. & on a large scale.

Because the Caracal is a BC Roll

That chart only displayed tier 1 and 2 BC's, and last time I checked, Null-Sec was part of EVE Roll

Nagas are awesome, Caracal just became my in game real wet dream. Cheap, nice speed, nice buffer, awesome deepeeSs vs small fast stuff and decent enough vs other cruisers/larger stuff.

Timer running: warp to whatever safe and board shuttle/whatever = offer some time to your gank gang to shoot more than 2 or 3 shots
