I have a better idea. Instead of polluting the universe with your alts, lets just make it so that you can pay CCP an extra 15 bucks a month and they will double all your stats. So you pull in double the ore, do double the dps. Problem solved?

Thinking about it, it's not even so silly.

A RTS interface for fleet command would make coordinating fleet combat much more convenient. Only the commands given are not automatically done, but need the player controlling the ship actually do it. At least it would be much more engaging than painting primary, secondary, tertiary, poptards and would allow for a more tactical approach (should circumstances be introduced that actually require tactics).

And sovereignty control could be given the interface of a strategy game like MoO or Civ.

Breaking the mould, thinking outside the box. This may actually be worth pondering for a bit to evaluate feasibility.

What do you mean replace? EVE happens to be the only RTS where you control your units with speech recognition.

They might as well. Anyone who's half serious about this whole multiboxing business is going to take all possible measures to make things easy. Such as taping a bunch of mice and keyboards together, or using ISboxer. Not including native support for multiboxing will never stop anyone from doing it.
