-all t2 mining crystals with the exception of 1 rare ore type
-maxed leadership
-maxed orca
-core production skills
-decent scanning
-high level noctis(not maxed)
-jump freighter
-cloaky haulers
-pos gunner
-battlecruisers 5 + all cruisers to 4(prepared for the summer update)
-good fitting skills (including AWU 5)
