Oooooo rumored Tech2 Command Links (and more) in the latest SiSi build - I LIKE!!

T2 Command Links!!!! Wait is CCP really going to start adding new stuff to FIS even more than originally thought? This is just shaping up to be a wicked winter!

T2 Command Links was in the SiSi data dump.

But as stated by CCP, it's a first iteration on SiSi (and I'm not even sure they intended for SiSi to have that build yet ;))

So there's no proof that all new modules will be in the next release, and certainly none that they will have the same data as in the SiSi dump.

CCP Greyscale: As to starbases, we agree it's pretty terrible, but we don't want to delay the entire release just for this one factor.

Lots of stuff has been added data-wise to EVE, but never manifested in actual modules in the game. I wouldn't get my hopes up for anything they haven't already CLEARLY stated they are adding in a devblog or post. Even then, things change. They may have to reduce the amount of stuff they're adding due to technical problems, or for balance issues. Remember CCP likes to often take a "low and slow" approach to adding new stuff, waiting to see how things are used and if they need to be buffed later, rather than making heavy-handed changes then having to nerf stuff that was overpowered from the start. This is especially true since most of the time, CCP does not release balance patches between expansions.

They did confirm that DATA dump in a few threads on these forums. Most of it is intended for the Winter Expansion. It includes the tier 3 BC stats, the supercap nerf, the Hybrid changes etc etc.

But they also said its FIRST PASS and highly likely to have many changes after testing.

Tons of stuff in there is indeed surprising, but it's basically everything that people have been asking for, and for once CCP is responding. Especially now that Incarna is not actively being worked on for the time being.

This is going to be awesome!

I am very excited about the winter release. The other changes are quite interesting too, and ofc the less interesting parts where drone bays gets removed...

Wow C. when was the last time something getting added to the game excited you? :P

Personally I like the modified supercap numbers.

And I think that ISCAPITALSHIP variable must be what is being used to determine what can and cant be fired upon by the DD once the winter expansion hits.

Indeed, anyone mad and/or geeky enough to sift through the static DB will find several wierd ships/gadgets, but with not tagged as released.

But it is nice to steal sneak peaks of what they are planning or at least playing with.
