Upgrading your clone in hostile sov station

Hi, my main got kicked from our alliance and he's currently undocked in hostile space, his home station is still our old station (from the alliance). Now my question: I get podded, I respawn at my old alliance's station, can I upgrade my clone and pod myself to highsec? I didn't get the 'clone contract revoked' message (I read that unless your medical clone gets moved you can still upgrade your clone, even if you're neutral to the owner of the station)

You may not be able to depending on how they set up the Medical Clone facilities, as many of the services could be locked out. The only real way to is to test it yourself, as long as you stay docked you are safe. You can always try applying to the alliance, or ask if they can help you leave peacefully as some might give you a deal.

I once podded myself by blowing a huge fart.

They probably blocked Medical Service access for you; you won't be able to move your clone. I would find the nearest NPC station with medical services and go there. Or, try to talk to them, see if they will let you access Medical for long enough to set your home to empire space.

Thx both of you for your answers. As great wildlands stations are so busy at the moment i went to curse to move my clone location.
