Furthermore, if you had just before repped it, it doesn't seem to take effect immediately. A while ago I ratted myself above -2, and had to relog before they stopped hating me in 1.0.

Rrelated incident from last night: We were fooling around in a C2>hisec, that opened into a 0.9 system. I'm -2.7, so the navy will shoot me there, so I was waiting on gate one system over in 0.8 for our targets to bring a fight. Well they took their time, and I got bored (doesn't really take very long :D). I saw a flashy red Rifter on the gate, jumping into 0.9... being a trigger-happy idiot I am, I followed my instincts to 0.9 in a bid to one-shot the frig in my Blastos, only to get pointed and popped by the navy without even getting a lock on the Rifter \o/

Cue 10 minutes, I reshipped and this time proceeded straight to the wormhole. We had the hole bubbled, and after a while an unrelated suspect Sacrilege jumps in! Bad luck for him, we gave him a beating, forcing him to jump back to hisec... with a suspect timer that didn't end up well for him: http://shivafurnace.eve-kill.net/?a=kill_detail&kll_id=15882938

Turns out he had gone suspect from stealing my Talos wreck, he had my blasters in cargo Lol

Thank you all who are pointing out this is some sort of relog bug, maybe there is hope for the whiny petition i filed after all Roll

To thoose of you insulting my clotes and tryin to keep me from high sec, Eat a **** you ****juggling ****!

I'm not sure of that last word has to be censoured but i got a feeling antisemitism is not appreciated on the forums so we'll keep it that way Big smile

Also how long does a petition take to be replied to? ( I do know they're irish of some sort and probly recovering from a hungover today so no need to point that out)

In case you missed, the sec status is rounded to closest 0.1

-1.977 = -2.0.

You need to get it to at least -1.94 so it rounds down to -1.9, then relog for it to take effect (which is a kind of a bug, yes)

Acctualy it's not that. I tried again today, still same security status and same system and today not a single faction polive even after 5 minutes of idling on gate

This is wrong, eve rounds sec status and it is always the displayed status that matters. At -1.977 you displayed sec status is still -2.0 which what is used . You need to get your sec status higher than -1.95 to avoid gankage.

the sec-status update is somehow delayed for no reason, lost an Ishkur few weeks ago, too. Luckily i made screenshots showing my secstatus, systemsec and so on at the time of getting shot, got my ship reimbursed minus modules / cargo dropped.
