EVE Terminology - Blatantly Homophobic?

I'm sure you've all come across the term "Care Bear" referring to a player who stays in the protective bosom of highsec space, afraid of the fun they might accidentally have should they stray into nullsec. Then there is "Twink", used to denote an alt who has been decked out in all kinds of high-end ships and modules with the aid of the money obtained through a wealthy main character. I've recently joined a wormhole corp which has introduced me to even more homophobic terms; the other players will, for example, refer to settling in a WH as "POSing a neg hole". As a socially enlightened 21st century man, I find this trend disturbing to say the least.

I think you will have to check with ISD TYPE40 first.

He's the one that determines whether a nonsensical, made-up term shares one too many characters with other ancient ethnic slurs that nobody has heard of.

To this day I'm actually quite frightened to even.......snigger, when he's moderating.

You can write "snicker" instead and do not have to pretend to fear an ISD. Nobody is going to believe you anyway when you do.
