Good day gentlemen

I am a 6 day player who has done all the career missions, has learned a fair bit about the game, and has absolutely no intention to play the PvE part of eve, which quite frankly is in a disgusting state for 2013.

This is my second time trying eve, and it's going even worse than the first. I've applied to eve uni, to goons, to the 33rd and have heard nothing. I thought at least the 33rd would take me, since I'm ex military just like them. But no, instead I get silence. When I queue up for eve-uni interviews, my place in line goes UP with time (I know why and how it works, it's still stupid). I've already upgraded my sub, so I'm in the whole for a month anyway.

I don't want to wait forever for an interview, I don't want to join some outside the game community for 3 months so I can prove I'm a "cool guy", I just want to play eve.

I'm going to be very frank here, I'm about to quit the game because as it is right now there is no fun to be had for me. If you're going to tell me that I have to wait longer than 6 days to play with somebody, I'm going to tell you to go take a walk. I know what eve is about, I read about it, I have no problem with stuff taking time to train, time to mine, time to build, time to do everything. But it shouldn't take more than a week to get started playing, ok? And dicking around hisec in a starter NPC corp isn't playing, sorry.

I don't want to sound like a whiner or whatever, and this isn't a rant, so CCP please don't **** on the thread. I am looking to be recruited. First corp (that meets my criteria) to make me an offer has my loyalty for the rest of the game, until they disband or whatever.

If you're recruiting for a large corp and you think I might be a spy, check your common sense at the door, okay? Every large power block has more than one spy in each of the other large power centers. This is obvious. If Mittani wants to infiltrate TEST or whatever, he can damn well post some bullshit on reddit (he is a wordsmith after all) for 3 months, get in, and then have one of his monkeys monitor the chat and the map. YOU CAN"T ESCAPE SPIES, JUST DON'T RUSH TO MAKE PEOPLE DIRECTORS AND HAVE HOLDING CORPS FOR THINGS LIKE ALLIANCES AND THINGS WILL BE FINE. PLEASE DON'T CLAIM TO LOVE NEWBIES AND THEN MAKE THEM RUN A 3 MONTH GAUNTLET BEFORE THEY CAN GET STARTED, IT WILL KEEP OUT THE NEWBS THE SPIES ARE ALREADY IN.
