Derath Ellecon, the 2nd time by Bomzh was actually a lot better and understandable.

http://wiki.eveonline.com/en/wiki/Epic_mission_arcs#Rewards is the correct info link for the answer to that specific question.

Also the actual amount of standing gained will depend on the level of Social skill trained.

Base amount is +10% increase with no Social skill trained. With Social Skill trained to level 5 the amount of standing gained is +12.5% increase.

I believe 12.5% is something like 1/8 , hope that helps.
