Not allowed in novice sites?

I know it is EZ mode to code out a whole group but c'mon! I am pretty sure the explorer covert op ships fall outside the realm of OP faction frigates. I mean the thing is basically a Vigil with a better cloak.

Will a sub class of faction frigates ever be allowed in novice sites?

Fly novice ships to get into novice sites. What's so hard to understand about that? You'll have to find some other way to camp sites while ganking new players.

I am guessing people don't know much about the Anathema?

3 Hi's which you can mount either 2 turret or two launchers or 2/1. Max 25% bonus for rockets. But you have to use one Hi for your cloak. With one rig and one BC2 I'm maxing out at 52 dps. And no drones!

4 mids and 3 lows with a paper thin tank to start. Vets in rifters can volley it.

And you don't get the rewards in Plex sites if you are cloaked to boot!

In short, the broad brush to keep the Faction ships out of novices is a bit too broad in this case.
