Make you name have a green box beside it, I find it annoying to scan down local and see a name with nothing beside, OMG its a nuetral, nope its actually me

On local chat, if being viewed by peripheral vision mostly, the difference in names having the symbol stands out if one is different.

It appears some people consider just looking directly at Local Chat to be excessive effort too...

Sure it's a problem, one could just get scared while ratting "omg a neutral in local" and quickly warp in safe.
And then keep scanning to see and find nothing on D-Scan, and "damned AFK cloacker"

I'm still waiting for that memo about mandatory heart attack when neutral shows up on local...

But I can understand OP's point of view. All ships I lost was due to me derping something be that warping into obvious TARP or burning out my guns or other such things. I can say I am most dangerous person to my ships. Seeing myself on local - I should be really really scared.

I think I do that all the time as well...
Better is the times I have chat channels open and out of the corner of my eye see red! heart skips a beat then :P
