It's beyond a joke that 5 year chars can hide in NPC corps that are not able to be war dec'd. Allow NPC corps to get dec'd with protection offered to chars less than 30 days old by creating temp rookie corps to race uni's and schools. Stop pandering to EVE scrubs these players are worthless and don't attend fan fest, create 3rd party stuff, videos or any game content.

CCP drop the scrubs let eve grow and remove un decable corps.

So because they don't attend fanfest, don't make videos make them "worthless" ? Dude you are plain dumb. Maybe there is problem , but with such attitude you will achive nothing. They pay for plex actually, more than people like you. Who just buys plex for isk. They pay with real money. Now let's go straight to the point. If they wont buy plex for real money, it wont make it's way into market and in the end you will not have your own plex. They are actually more important than you for game. They keep it going. Another thing is wtf is your problem ? Just because you cannot wardec few guys, because it's comeplete bullshit that everyone hides in npc corp - that makes you so mad ?

Face it, it's not cattering to weak and feeble. Ok or maybe +1 now you can wardec neutral corp, with all consequences like wardecing corporation that is member of some empire, now face full wrath of it's navy. Because i don't see anything wrong with empires defending thier citizens in thier high sec .

High security space, is called highsecurity space for a reason... and the joke is the wardec fee to void this fact... but sure Eve is about PvP, so lets reason, it shouldent just be about ships, i should also be about economical warfare, so lets asume you "force" me to yoin a player corp, and you wardec me, for a cost of 50mil ?, i as the defende get the choise to impose warsanctions on your agressor corp for disrupting trade and stability of highsec, cost for this 50mil ?... for the war between our corps, all members in your corp and its allies, its costs to buy is dubbled, and all sales is halved... fair ?. all modern wars is fueld by economy, and alot of people in Eve enjoy being industrialists, and shouldent they be able to use economics to fight back ?

And a slight reminder, i am in CAS, it have 500-1500 people active depending on day, that is ONE off twelve start corps, not to mention the twelve holding corps that exist... you crunsh the numbers of players, and you soon see that we are significant % of Eve, and most important of all, its what brings Eve its new blood, be very carefull what changes you cry for... in any case be great !

A serious question....

What do NPC's corp bring to this game?
--- Wardec immune players....
--- NPC chat channels for new players to get help....
--- I think they are linked to the stations you can set your clone to.... somehow....

Are any of these things needed and/or good for the game?
--- Wardec immunity: No.... I see no real benefit for this...
  • It tends to breed risk-adverse players that can't handle the cold harsh universe...
  • It limits the recourse available against players, essentially allowing them to bypass in-game hazards...
  • --- NPC chat channels: easily replaced with other chat channels...

    What am I missing?

Player corps are a much better place for new players to learn the game....

I think the creation of "Pacifist Corps" is a reasonable middle-ground between Normal Wardecable corps and the NPC hogwash we have now... check it out...

I think you should see what the "oldies" in CAS does, the make events, as organicing nullsec battlefleet, they organice fleet mining ops... they set up pages with information about fitting, mining, ships to fly, you name it, they will be there to help you, and they do it for no profit at all, or expect anything n return except being helpfull, they ewen help new players get jumpclones so they can faster andeasier get down into null and more affordable clones... CAS is bascially run as a player corp, with the exception people are still free to do what they like, there are no forced or do this to be able to yoin... CAS is a shining example of a start corps, and it is thanks to the "oldies" that help people into EVE regardless if you want to fight in null, create industries or mine... probably why people stay in CAS, couse they have fun, and playing agame is about to have fun and feeling you are wanted

And how does one join CAS? ....

If CAS was a player corporation with an open door policy, then new players could be directed to CAS as a great place to learn and become involved with the greater EvE community... As it is now.. they have to be born lucky....

.... end shadow corp wardeccing and you can have your no-npc corps. Shadow-wardeccing is even more lame than NPC corps.

How about this, killing two birds with one stone...

*** Only allow players who have been in corp for 60 days participate in wardecs. ***

New players are not affected by wardecs because they have not been in for 60 days. Shadow wardecs are no longer reasonably possible, since you'd have to sit in the shadow corp for 60 days to participate in the wardec.

You already had this same post locked for ranting in another forum. The moderator explained that you should put up a well thought out suggestion of how to fix this thing you see as a problem.

Yet you still just came here and spewed your little rant back onto the forum.

    Price for wardec immunity:
    No access to POSs
All tax is an isk sink
No ability to pick your corp mates
    No corp offices
    No corp hangers

    Those are some hefty downsides.
