Hey, congrats Kil2. I know we've disagreed on a few things in the past, but I'm at least happy to see some solo and small gang representation in the CCP balancing department. Sucks about your characters and the play thing. Also, the players are all retards and don't understand game design or game balance. Don't take all the vitriol and bullshit to heart man.

i am really going to miss the videos...

for soo many aspects of eve i learnt them from the videos... (like probing for instance)

i really hope that he gets to make new ones as a ccp dev that explains how new features work and stuff...

also he would be awesome if he could also work on the NPE because he is such a good person to explain things...

dude you have to check out his pod casts bringing solo back and his instruction vids on youtube...

Congratulations, although I didn't like your commentating compared to fozzie and MB3 (or whatever his new name is) all these guys respect you (not a podcast listener or a you tube watcher so don't know you that well).

As i said on the youtube comment... I've not normally agreed with the hiring of players, as they always seemed to just been based on reputation, forum whoring and usually given to idiots (Sorry just my opinion!). However this time round i couldn't feel more different. Kil2 is a credit to the game and genuinely understands it from an INVOLVED players point of view, rather than a talker on the forum. His push for better PVP in eve is second to none and hope he can begin to influence the devs now too. Good luck!

Well Kil2,

I am actually really dissapointed about this. Not because we are going to lose one of our famous faces and vid makers, but because I feel that this company isnt going to last til your retirement age. I like you and I liked our chats about all things eve. I didnt feel like I knew, James w, Raivi, calmdown, ifni, (the list goes on) so I didnt care about their decisions to take a job with CCP. So by no means do I wish ill upon the company but I do have some fears for you.

I hope that came accross as me being concerned and not scorned.

Anyways with that said. I hope that you can bring as much good change to the game as Raivi has. Its been impressive whats happened recently and I only hope for more of the same recent changes. I will ask that if you will try to keep this in mind and maybe bring it up to the company....

EVE used to feel like a space game. You could go systems without seeing anyone. You knew where pirates used to camp, and where large alliances called home. Now a days when you can traverse 50 systems in a matter of minutes..... where every system has multiple people..... where titans can bridge you lightyears travel in a matter of seconds. EVE no longer feels like a space game. Theres no big black abyss to it. It has grown in population, which is great, but hardly grown at all in reguard to its size. Im not talking a new region, like the drone regions expansion. Im talking like doubling the size of the map. Or hell even open up a second server so that some of us can choose to leave the overpopulated blob of eve and maybe get back to some elite style fighting.

Okay suggestion box over and I know this really isnt the place for it, but I felt I would have one last say as we wont have any more for the forseeable future. Take care my friend. Ill miss our chats, and I wish you the best in your rl endeavors.

One of the few video posters I could actually stand to watch outside of garmon and kovorix...good addition to the balancing team IMO..Kil2's knowledge of ships and how they are actually used in game should bring some good changes...Best of luck to ya mate.

Congrats Kil2. Looking forward to your work at CCP, whatever it may be. I have no idea what you do aside from that you are literally the only PvP feed I subscribe to on youtube, even though I can only honestly say I've watched you PvP in a Deimos and thought it was awesome. Smile

Never have time for anything these days. *sigh* ..maybe if I spent less time on forums.. Either way, I'm sure anything you focus on will benefit from your experience. Good luck!
