Null/Sec, Early Time Zone

Hey, I am looking to move from high sec to null sec, and there are lots of good corps, but it always seems that i am the only one on. My main playing time is from 7am to 10am eastern time, US. is there a corp out there, maybe a mostly foreign one, who plays during that time? Maybe it's a wierd question, but thatnks anyway.
