Seeking Indy/PvE Corps interested in Living in C3 Wh with static Highsec

I've current come into possession of a C3 Wormhole system with a static Highsec connection.
I currently don't wish to live in it or take advantage of its resources except for its planets.

As such, I'm seeking Industrialist corporations interested in Mining and PvE to occupy the Wormhole, as a means to prevent passer bys from thinking the wormhole is unoccupied.

I have a few Requirements on such a deal.


  1. 750 mill Safety deposit, this deposit would be held by my main's corporation. Should at any time a breach of the below requirements occur, then the deposit is forfeit.
  2. Your corporation is required to maintain at least one online and armed Medium Control tower.
  3. Your corporation and your allies will not engage me or my alts. If a mistake was made, compensation (Loss + 15%) will be needed from the guilty party.
  4. If your corporation goes inactive the deposit will be forfeit in 30 days.
  5. Your corporation will be responsible for the occupation of the Wormhole, should hostile forces present themselves in system, it will be your corporation’s responsibility to present a show of force in order to convince visitors to move on.

Perks:

  1. Full rights to sites and anomalies inside the wormhole.
  2. Easy Access to "Safe" K-Space.
  3. I am willing to assist in the transportation of resources, such as fuel blocks, or ores for your coporation.
  4. I am ramping up production of starbase Structures and T2 ammo, I would be willing to sell them to your corporation at cost.
  5. 50mill of the deposit will be returned per week that there are no incidents with your corporation to a maximum of 500mill. (I.e. I require at least a 250mill deposit at all times)
  6. Reasonable access to the Planet's resources, so long as the planets are not being depleted, I am more than willing to share their bounty.
  7. I will always have scanning alts in system and will be able to give you access to the system should you get locked out.
  8. I can offer 100% refining at Amarr Navy stations.
  9. Should at any time your corporation decide to retire from the Wormhole system, then the remaining deposit will be paid out 50mill per week that your corporation has not been in system, and your tower(s) unanchored.
