I haven't heard anything definite about going to war with TEST, but everyone in my alliance I've seen talk about it wants it to happen.

This is what makes EVE great , and what proves the "omg null is all blue its your fault null sec is bad" people are always wrong. null sec power blocks are made up of people and people in EVE will always find a reason to fight.

Basically Goons/CFC are bored and are going to egg on a fight like they did with NCDot when they started making overtures to NCDots allies before anyone in ncdot was even thinking about breaking OTEC. Goons (who I have come to dislike a little less as time has gone by) are masters at that kind of metagaming manipulation.

A Goon/TEST falling out was inevitable, but sides have wildly different ideas about how thing should go and seeing how much Something Aweful and Reddit go at each other outside EVE, the whole Goons/TEST Bromance was doomed from the get go.

I'll believe it when it starts, but that's as far as I am willing to go.

De'Veldrin's Corollary (to Malcanis' Law): Any idea that seeks to limit the ability of a large nullsec bloc to do something in the name of allowing more small groups into sov null will inevitably make it that much harder for small groups to enter sov null.
