So tell us why you're trying to get other people to do your dirty work for you. Did someone in that corp touch you in the no-no place?

Strangely enough since I have returned to EVE I have had this uncontrollable urge to whine, ***** and moan at everything, I am not sure why that is, but as a result I have made this thread.

I would love to take out this corp but I would be so scared of ruining my non-existent K:D ratio that I wouldnt undock, plus I would be so paranoid about everything that I would only fight near a station with repper and ew support, so that I can dock in the first sign of trouble

Plus I quit again due to very little motivation to give a **** in game, but ill be back in the summer

I visited Gosalav last night after hearing about the situation there. Although it is very far from current New Order operations I was actually surprised to find myself nearby and dropped in to investigate.

I quickly spotted a number of Mackinaws engaged in suspicious activity. After failing to establish verbal contact with one group in local I began to bump them. There were four of them orbiting the same piece of ice, mining away. After I bumped them out of range and shut off their mining lasers, they resumed orbiting with their lasers off. After some time, all four warped to station, returned and began mining the same ice again. I bumped them out again and the pattern repeated, multiple times.

This is clear bot activity. The miners were joined by a couple more Mackinaws from the same corporation and I was soon bumping six away, watching them circle pointlessly for a half hour, observing them warp to station and back... repeat repeat. Each of these miners received official notification from the New Order that their activities had been identified as botting and appropriate action was being taken.

Although these miners were not in the corp listed in this thread there were many more Macks behaving in similar fashion. I sold three mining permits to some at keyboard miners who witnessed this all.

Gosalav and the nearby Amarr regions have never been the focused target of New Order Agents. It is clear that outside the scrutiny of the New Order botting miners continue to ply their loathsome trade. We have begun receiving intel from loyal miners identifying systems that need attention and several Agents, including myself, have been dispatched to investigate and begin initial operations.

When you see botting activity, report it to CCP of course. However, go to the new Forum feature on www.minerbumping.com and report it there too. Working in conjunction with CCP we may be able to begin the process of removing this scourge from Highsec.

The only reason I ask is theres a 37 man corp who ALL have the same bio, sec status, mining ice, warping in and out the same time and havent been ganked or wardecced once and have been doing this since Sep 2012. This isnt the only corp I have seen, a few do the same thing but I havent seen any as large as this one.

Also 65 man corp alive for 2 years with 20 faction poses with structures named after T2 items, all chars have same bio too, only been decced once by a 5 man corp. The corp must def be doing inventions, T2 item manufacturing and likely building ships in the nearest stations, all possibly from bots as everything in eve is so linear.

Where are all these so called pirates, griefers, asshats, that have gone out of their way to make high seccers cry?

I would attack them myself but my idea of PvP is outnumbering the enemy 500 to 1 then bragging about being awesome, calling them noobs while F5'ing eve-kill.net.

Also,..

Tried the recruitment thingy in game. 95% match rate for 2 corps
Ixion Defence Systems in TEST and
Mindstar Tech in FA.

Is the recruitment thingy telling me that I have gone full ******?
This will be dealt with if I have the time. Send me an EvE mail with details.

No need to hide it from everyone.

'Pod Mods INC' is the mining corp, flag them -5 go to Gosalav and be amused at the ice field there. Theres very little point in suicide ganking, the amount they make would replace any loss.

The manufacturing corp have set up in a constellation in Devoid, I forgot the actual moons but I guess if I give a **** I could find it again

Then what's the point of your thread if you don't care?

You should care.

Now see, if you only went after botters, REAL botters, not active players or afk people, I'd be OK with you.

Instead of changing his text into "words", perhaps you should read what he just typed. He was bumping and handling the bot problem, and as a side, made some money from not afk miners.

That's pretty much model citizen.

Anslo,

You know we go after botters AND bot aspirants. This includes AFK miners and other miners who refuse to comply with The Code. Those who are on our side in this war are not bothered. Those who side with the bots by non compliance are just as guilty and they receive their just due.

It's rather hard for something that doesn't exist to play the game, don't you think?

You know what's worse than bot miners? Human controlled miners that mine rocks to extinction leaving no seed to be increased during the next down time. One does it for greed, the other does it out of sheer stupidity. Personally I don't see a difference between griefing either.

And this is where our points of agreement end. It STARTED as anti-botting, which I was fine with. Then you began this crusade against "bot-aspirants," i.e. miners in general and further drove a wedge in this community to create an "Us vs. Them" scenario. With us or against us and all that.

But you've been the more civil of debaters when it comes to this situation. So in the spirit of keeping the civility between you and myself, I will, as usual, agree to disagree with you.
