Taking a break for a year or so and I have a couple of plexes in my hangar. Will they still be there when or if I return?

All items remain as they are until you decide to return as has always been the case. Cool

Don't leave them in your hangar if you are taking a break.

Reverse redeem at least one so it will show up in account management. That way you can reactivate for a month with zero RL cost, if its not to your liking then you haven't lost anything.

You can use "hours for PLEX" to do the same but its much easier just to reverse redeem a PLEX before you leave.

Well he answered your question correctly Smile

I just think that if you have some PLEX around (people do for inflation hedge) then you may as well reverse redeem one.

You can still use your PLEX without the reverse redeem later on. Just use the "Hours for PLEX" option under account management on the website. You get 4 hours of gametime to login and buy/find/steal a PLEX and reactivate your account that way.

ISD's answer was 100% correct and didn't recommend you spend your PLEX ahead of time without knowing the context of your situation.

I don't judge people by their race, religion, color, size, age, gender, or ethnicity. I judge them by their grammar, spelling, syntax, punctuation, clarity of expression, and logical consistency.

Of course, reverse redeem doesn't "spend" your PLEX ahead of time either, as you can just redeem it again for the actual PLEX.

With the increase in shiptoasting, the Report timer needs to be shortened.

If youre leaving, may I suggest using my free storage program for your stuff? Just contract everything you own to Unsuccessful at Everything, and I will personally make sure that your stuff will be well cared for in our proprietary atmophere controlled storage units that are guaranteed to be rodent and pest free. The cost for this program is a paltry 1 million isk. Good deal right? Ill expect your contract within the hour.

Since the cessation of their usefulness is imminent, may I appropriate your belongings?
