It's not a guaranteed thing that you'll be scanned. Pretty good that you got ten jumps. If you have to haul a lot of stuff, next time you can go into the universe map and apply a filter that shows where your cargo is illegal. Or maybe don't loot slaves/drugs from missions? Whatever you do, it's a bad idea to blame CCP for the mistakes you've made. HTFU and take responsibility

If slaves are to be place as contraband, CCP should have indicate it as contraband when u want to loot it, just like any drugs. Period

They have a little symbol on them, you also get a warning when you undock. Ignore them at your own peril

Pretty sure it does... I tried to loot slaves once in a mission, and I got the warning popup.

Nope, no warning during loot either. Those with warning like drugs, i would not loot it.
