- All combat link skills to V
- Fleet command III
- 65d until perfect leadership skills

6m skillpoints in Spaceship Command:
- Battlecruisers V
- Minmatar Cruiser V
- Destroyers V
- Gallente Industrial V
- Mining Barge V
- All frigate skills to IV or higher.
- 1d until all cruiser skills to III or higher.

Subsystems:
- Minmatar Defensive Systems V
- All other Minmatar subsystems to III
