API Keys webpage not working?

Sorry in advance if i'm asking this in the wrong forum.

I'm trying to access http://support.eveonline.com/api in order to generate an API key. I've tried Chrome, Firefox, IE, as well as various browsers on my 4G smartphone but I keep getting an SQL thing, is it something on my end or something on EVEs end? Also am I even going to the right place to get my API key? Thanks in advance!

It's up again. Prob they solved their SQL server issue.
