So!
I have an alt account, and is has been frozen since I've not had the funds to run it... Yes, you can grill me for that if you want, I've been lazy.

Anyway! I've come to the point where I want to re-activate it, and was wondering how the re-activation via PLEX works. I have but a few questions:

1. Would a PLEX already have to be on an account to re-activate with?
2. Would I be able to send ISK to the account to buy a PLEX with?

EDIT: Also, sorry if this is in the wrong section. Wasn't sure where to post.

You can file a petition (or some other way) to activate your acc for 4 hours so you can use your plex (or get the isk for it if thats how you roll)

Alternatively buy a GTC in timecode bazaar for the char you want to reactivate (but you will need 1-1,2B liquid isk as of this time). You can use API to check your chars wallet while it's inactive.
