At what date in 2013 are DUST MERCs going to be buying PLEX? Or will they at all?

I'm pretty sure that in time the wealthy Dust mercs will have their part in the PLEX price manipulation attempts...

As soon as ISK transfers are allowed to DUST toons I think we'll see a spike in PLEX sales.

I can see CCP making an effort to suck people into EVE via DUST, simply because the rate that you can earn ISK in EVE will most likely out run DUST and so DUST players will create EVE alts, grind missions or sell PLEXes and then transfer that ISK to their DUST toons.

But yeah, like everyone else has said - I doubt DUST players will BUY PLEX themselves as its a free to play game; but I can see PLEX being created and sold by DUST players via an EVE account in order to fuel their DUST characters simply because it avoids much /all of the grind to earn the kredits through gameplay.
