Hello.

I would like to sell myself
I have no corp history, almost perfect leadership skills (lacking fleet command 5 and info war spec 5, so about two months worth of training), Siege warfare spec lvl5 is 5 days out.
Also has cybernetics 5 so you can learn faster and use mindlinks.
As soon as you train the t3's you will enjoy very nice boosts.
Already has wing command 5 too.
2 bonus remaps available.

3 would be max I would pay sorry, the toon needs a fair bit of training to be usable

WIth about 6 months of training it will be worth close to 8-10b, so 3.8 is the lowest i can go.

ok well the char needs support skills, implant skills and spaceship command skills. so its not really usable for me at the minute, good luck anyway

It already has Cybernetics 5 so you can use the mindlink, you do not need any more skills for implants.
And for a t3 bonus ship skills are only about 3.5 months for the first one, then it's only 2 months for each of them.
