Item data for loyalty stores

Does anybody have the item data for loyalty stores (or a full item data list) ?

A CSV file with the following fields would be ideal.

Output Type ID,Output Qty,Name,Store,ISK Cost,LP Cost,Input Type ID,Input Qty,Input Type ID,Input Qty

I thinking of preparing a loyalty store public spreadsheet to show the profitability of loyalty store items (similar to my PI Spreadsheet).

Anybody have this data, or knows where I can get it?

http://www.evedata.org/iskPerLP.cgi will show you isk per LP using current Jita prices, but any list you find is built by players or very old as CCP removed the loyalty point table years ago from the static dump. Most lists you would find are player built, and likely has errors.
