Not really, what is more interesting is the max skill time assuming you do not train redundant skills (i.e. Racial Titan V's, Racial Freighter V's, etc.).

Anything past battleships is pretty much equivalent, save perhaps choosing 2 races for the armor/shield combo.

If the requirement is "I want to be able to do everything, unlock every module, participate in any fleet and possibly fly every ship with minimal requirements" what kind of time frame are we looking at? More importantly, what do you train from there other than redundant skills?
