Hey folks!

Does anyone know where I can find an article that will show me the damage modifiers for when a volley 'grazes' vs 'penetrates' and such? Is this in part due to random number generation or strictly from tracking??? I've been unable to find information mostly because I'm not sure how to word it. I keep getting off topic hits.

Any help would be appreciated!

This should more or less do you. It's partially random, partially tracking, and partially falloff.
