Can't speak for podcasts, because I find them a waste of time (I'd rather just read a goddamn transcript than have to waste half an hour listening to people talk about it), but if you want a general synopsis of all things Eve, keep an eye on #tweetfleet on Twitter. Sure someone else can chime in and give you some good ones though.

And for big news stories, TheMittani.com is your one-stop shop for eve news.

There are several great podcasts out there! I listen to a few, the current list includes:-

Declarations of War
Voices From The Void
Crossing Zebras
Podside

this is my current active list, although looking to expand!

also we should have a moments silence for the best podcast that ever existed.... Podded Podcast.... where are you now Dylon & Warchilde..... That podcast was awesome, if you get the chance hunt down the old episodes and have a listen!
