I haven't got enough middle fingers.

But if you have more than 2 middle fingers, wouldn't that just mean you still have only 2 middle fingers (one per hand) and some extra fingers that are useless?

Now, more than ever, we need a dislike button.

I can understand why the community team needed to be closer to Iceland and have a closer connection to the game designers, etc. - I can also understand the reason why no management got fired, because that is how businesses are run, decisions are made at the top and executed by those at the bottom, and if **** goes south those on the bottom are the first to go.

I can however not understand how a call can be made to remove everyone responsible for keeping in touch with the community, whilst claiming that you (CCP) now are more concerned with what we're saying (which you have basically ignored for the past three years). I doubt Hillmar et al will sit and read through the forums and sift through the millions of useless posts to find the gems, so what I get from this is that the same type of arrogance that put CCP in this situation is now having butterfly effects in the decision process and will escalate throughout the next phase of Eve Online.

The proper reaction would've been to fire parts of the management and replaced them with new blood, preferably people who still play this game (and didn't get tired of it years ago). But wishful thinking has never gotten me anywhere before, and it will not get Hillmar anywhere either.

Good luck, and Devil's speed gents, you will be missed.

By the way, since we're already talking, do you want to buy a rifter? I've got the cheapest rifters in Metropolis. If you can find a cheaper rifter, buy it!

My sincerest best wishes to all affected by CCP's decision. You will be missed.

Good luck!

Fallout (and Pann, Wrangler and Zymurgist) left titanic legacies in the EVE community but were particularly amazing coworkers and I count myself ridiculously fortunate that I got to spend even a scant few seconds on their team--even though it was in fact several glorious years.

In no particular order and amidst many other things, I will miss.

Pann's Texan colloquialisms, which almost never made sense but did in fact speak volumes of truth.
Zymurgist's home crafted beer and his penchant for piracy.
Wrangler's taciturn, straight-man foil to our ridiculousness, matched secretively with a tender familial love for those around him.
Fallout's foul mouth and her flow charts.

I'm fortunate in that they will stick in my orbit and I in theirs, but in EVE they will be missed sorely, although I know several of them are looking forward to flying under "less regulations" ;)

Encourage those who remain to remain active in the community, if you would Pirate

Pretty sure personalities are missed more than creative locks(tho I sure do hope locks don't get boring)
