EVE Custom Ship Labeler is an application that makes it easy to create your very own shiplabels for in-game use. The reason it makes it so easy is because of a simple drag-and-drop system. Thanks to that system you don't have to type a single bit of xml- or yaml-code while you're still completely free in your creations!

Screenshots of what you can create with it and what the application looks like can be found here (pdf file)
The pdf file also functions as a manual, so if you're having trouble with the application or with importing the xml-files in-game please read the manual (it also has a few handy tips that speed up the process of your creations).

Features:
* Create your own shiplabels in any color, or colors, you like, in up to 16,777,216 different colors.
* Create your own order of shiplabel-info (such as pilotname/shiptype).
* Add custom text to your shiplabels.
* Make your shiplabels multi-line or single-line.
* Change the fontsize of your shiplabels, or only certain parts of your shiplabels. (Very nice for pvp, so they use less space).
* Make (parts of) your shiplabels bold, italic or underlined.
* Players in NPC-corps' shiplabels can still be shown the default way, nice for fast pilot identification.
* Easy drag-and-drop system.
* Easy xml exporting (will be exported to the default location needed to import them in-game).
* Stand-alone application, doesn't need any in-game info nor internet so can be used during down-time.
* No install needed, the application runs immediately.
* Save your creations so they can be shared more easily.
* Load previously saved creations or creations by other people.

Downloads:

The downloads can be found at http://www.iciclesoft.com/eveonline/shiplabeler/ It contains a .exe file for Windows as well as a .jar file for Mac, Linux and Windows. The manual can also be found here.

Well tbh I think the majority don't trust applications like these, which is why I hope a CCP Dev will someday post a message that this application is safe. I'm even willing to let CCP distribute the application by placing it on their servers, so they're sure I won't sneakily change the current application for an infested application. But I suppose I can only keep on dreaming on that part hehe...

People are right to be cautious but an up to date operating system, security software, and safe practice should keep em safe? Also if there is something dodgy about a download people should post a warning but rumours help no one.

Ps you still banned on your main ? ;)

That would be even better hehe, but I won't even start dreaming about that since it's never going to happen =) However I do like your spirit! :D

I did a thread about this recently. My focus was more towards profiles however. I have to say this version of the app you have made available is very nice. Much better than the ones we had few years ago. Also +1 for the informative guide. I have a few things I'm working on currently that may be of interest to you and would like to share it with you if you have a chance. Will send you an EVE-Mail tonight.

Sounds good. I also like the threads/tutorials you wrote, they certainly do have some valuable information. I've also received your mail, I'll reply to that later today or tomorrow as I'm currently sick.

Thanks for the appreciation and we'll stay in touch!

I haven't run it yet (although I have downloaded it) but I am curious, would it be possible to add a custom graphic to the label?
