Account has ISK - is there any way to activate with ISK although I can not access it?

You can use the Hours for PLEX option at your account page (unless you used it already) that will give you a few hours to log and buy a PLEX to apply.

If you don't have Hours For PLEX option for whatever reason and have enough ISK (currently around 1.1B) you can buy GTC off someone in TimeCode Bazaar on this forum to reactivate for 60 days.

Timecodes should be trading at under 1 billion as of the 31st of Jan 2012. 1.1 Billion is a really bad price for one.

Hours for PLEX works, however.....

To avoid this sort of problem I recommend you leave one PLEX per account reverse-redeemed at all times. That means you can just login to Account Management and apply the PLEX. Its an ideal solution for those taking a break from game.
