Incapacitated POS modules after 100% repairs

I've noticed that sometimes POS modules will still say incapacitated even after they've been fully repaired (all HUD indicators show 100% health).

Anyone have any idea what's going on?

The indicator will turn to 100% at 99.5% repaired. Sometimes you need to do 1 or 2 more cycles on the hull or armor to finish repairing them. It's happened to me any number of times. Give it a couple more cycles of both and you'll fix it.
