Add the ability to put up WTB contracts in a system with no assets!

Hey everyone,

Currently, you can only set up contracts in stations with your assets currently in them. Normally this is fine, as most people only use contracts for auction/selling their own stuff off. However, drugs for example can only pass through the contract system through WTB contracts.

It should be made so that when you're setting up a contract, the existing list stays with an option at the top "Pick Station", that when selected would allow you to search for any system/station to set up the contract at.

Not a huge modification, but would be pretty nice quality of life change.

Yes, that is an odd limitation for contracts, especially since they have a reasonably well-working system in place for picking stations for normal trade orders. Not that I'd use it much, but it's just one of those “should be there” capabilities.

You're right, this would be perfect there. I don't see it around, but if I'm just missing it I'd appreciate a nudge in the right direction.

Like you and tippia both said, it's not a huge deal but it's one of those things that just seems like it should already be there, and it's a pain sometimes that it isn't.
