if you did a pre made xml for download especially the eve uni overview4 I would happily flick a 100m isk at ya as a way of saying thanks.

=) Are you referring to the overview settings thread I made? Would you like, instead of only the colors and fonts, all of the overview profiles as well? Example PVP, Travel, dones, etc, but an entire detailed list? If so I have a fair bit of them I can finish and upload. Just let me know. Thanks.

Awesome. I will try to have a fully functional Pre-Packaged Overview Settings thread by the end of the day. Hopefully in 5 or 6 hours. That's a load of work so bare with me =)

Alright, I have looked into this 100% and it appears that you do in fact require BOTH files to create a complete mirror image. So I was right the first time :P


core_user_ - This file is used to store Shortcut Keys, Global Overview Settings.Including Tabs. (Typical import/export of overview does not include tab layout and color.)


core_char_ - This is the characters main settings file for preferences such as graphics and some mods. IE: Resolution, Windowed/Full Screen, Effects, Neo Com, channels, etc,.

So once again. The Main post on this thread is 100% Valid. It's integrity checked. thanks again for the input.

Simply Amazing. Thanks so much! very informative. I just got 2 new PC's for Christmas and needed to redo my settings. I didn't like mine very much. Or i didn't realize you could do so much with them. I used this method with the other for downloaded settings you offer and used your version to mirror yours. As I have more than 10 accounts this was a godsend. Again, thanks so much!

UPDATE:

Updated for 1.0.9 To include paths as well.

Finally got a new laptop and all is up and running as planned. Will be creating new threads to address many new questions I've received while 'semi-away-from-eve' Thanks again for all the support! =)
