He is Orca pilot and exhumerV is in progress. Skilled to Mining Director V. T2 Mining imp included.
Can also use Obelisk ( Gal.Freighter IV ).Not far to JumpFreighter. Just plug in JDC and JF-Skill.
Char is in Highsec and has clean standing and sec.
Also a clean killboard.
