-2.4804; when can I go back to Dodixie?

So my sec status is finally down to -2.4804, but is still showing up as rounded -2.5. What does it need to be for me to get into 0.9 again?

You should be fine in a .9, the 'rounded' number doesn't equate to the 'actual' which is what the police go by,

It needs to be lower than -2.45. It rounds off according to the second decimal.

You're fine. The actual sec status is what the NPCs will go by, not the rounded "display" number. I show as -2.0, but am actually -1.99 and can travel in 1.0 systems with no problem.
