How do I force open the EVE launcher?

Hi there. I need to clear the cache, but I have the launcher set to open only if there is a patch. What do I have to do to force the launcher open? Thanks for your help.

There should be a eveonline launcher icon(not launcher.exe) where you installed the game. It should force the laucher no matter your settings.

plus you dont need to start the launcher to clear your cache files. You can do that via the Esc menu.
