Yep, too many peeps flying around with pitiful bounties of 100k. Lets make it at least 100mil isk minimal :)

Yep, another topic and more topics until it happens. 100mil is the threshold to exclude a lot of cheapskates and meaningless bounties.

You underestimate the amount of ISK people have. I know plenty of people to whom 100M is about the same as 100k... pocket change.

Yes, because obviously 100m isn't significant to anyone playing EVE.

Some of you seem to have forgot that you didn't start EVE understanding how to make significant ISK from the get go. 100m is no small feat for someone who hasn't been playing EVE for at least a few months. Anyone that would say otherwise is full of ****, and you know you are.

100k means pretty much everyone but the brain dead monkeys can afford to use the bounty system. It doesn't exlude the newest players or the moderately stupid.

Someone in another thread said you can turn off the "wanted" tag on people apparently; if so, use it and stop crying about nonsense.

That does not make sence. The bounty system should be a feature everyone can use. I can remember my first months as single mission runner when 100 million ISK were a hell lot of money for me.

I have a question about bounties and the new crimewatch in general.

If ANY pilot is flagged as suspect or criminal they can be attacked without worry of concord intervention?

You might be able to, other people cannot. It's not 'nothing'.

Also I highly doubt the veracity of your statement, sir, or at least conclude that you cannot do so reliably and long term.

Placing a bounty has to be affordable for even the new players. It shouldn't be something that can only be placed by rich players. Leave it where it is. In fact, lower it to 1 ISK. Why is there even a minimum to begin with?

Screw that. What had the potential to be a cool feature of the game is turning into cheesyness. Every pilot in Eve flying around with bounties is lame.

Should hire a 1 day newbie, hand them 10 mil and have them bounty the first 50 people they see. (The other 5mil is for them, of course).
