Im looking to join a mining op and get paid for what i mine... I know these existed at one time using the loot export feature.

I want to mine socially but i dont want to deal with wardecs and corp killers. I have a freighter, hulk and can fly an Orca.

Contact mammasita in-game... I think they regularly run mining ops, but you'll have to ask her for the location and details.

Loot history is not a very good system to use to track ores mined. It is easy to exploit and will not give accurate results.

For example, you mine 7,000m3 of ore. history shows 7000m3 looted. You then jettison 6,001m3 of an ore, and then remove 6,000m3 of ore from the jetcan. History shows you 6,000m3 of ore looted. Do this 5 more times and you have just made yourself 36,000m3 of ores. And since the histroy only shows the total of an item looted regardless of how many times, you wouldn't even notice someone doing this.

generally when i did public mining ops like that, it was a case of filling a jetcan, then you'd get paid a flat rate per jetcan when they scooped your full cans.
