I am very proud of this game for that.

With that being said, they REALLY REALLY need to start setting the sound effects to the same standard. Just as important and can seriously augment everything they do visually.

I don't think they have a lot of sound people over there, but they need to get people who are just as serious and good at sound as they are on visuals and programming.

Go recruit some Sywalker sound people. Seriously guys. DO IT... DO IT NOW.
I think you are WAY underestimating the value it brings to immersion.

Yes.....even if it's a temporary hire, a real pro needs to re-engineer and balance all having to do with sound.

Then it'll probably run on its own for quite awhile.

I may start a thread on this in Features and Ideas if nobody else takes up the torch.
