Whom should I bounty?

I have 5b left in my budget to bounty this week. I'm looking for the worst of the worst eve-o posters who actually login and have a killboard history. Preference is low/highsec. This will be an ongoing thing, so if the list is too long, I'll eventually get to the people.

Suggestions with the most likes will be priority. You must enclose records of terrible posting in this thread for the nominations.
Unfortunately, I can't/won't bounty any of my blues. Ideal targets are: miners, missioners, haulers, and people who otherwise don't like pvp.

EDIT: Because a lot of you can't read, nominating yourself is not really an option, so don't be dumb.

I'm probably considered a terrible poster by goons like yourself, for speaking out against your goonery throughout the years.

I'll make an effort to log in more if you drop a massive bounty on me, but i won't leave hisec, and hang out cloaked in safe spots if anyone war decs me.

Im horrible poster about new bounty system ,i whine a lot about it in my last topics etc, and meny people hate me for this, if you want make them more happy, add some bounty on me, i dont want big amount of it, may be even 100.000, help your mates. Also you can declare war against my one man corporation so i wont be abble to run mission Roll

According to certain threads on rookie systems, I am apparently a rookie killer by means of bringing up that subject. Just today, I killed a three day old in a new destroyer who interfered while I was suspect as I was engaging a harbi.



I felt bad though, and gave him a bit of isk to buy a few more ships. This might make me less deserving. Oh god, the confusion!
