Im very new in this game and i wonder how long does it take to max standing with the Outer Ring Excavations?
if i play 6 hours+ ea day

To be perfectly honest there's no great way to answer that question.Standings have ALOT to do with what type of missions you are running, what level missions you are running, the speed at which you run them, and your skills. You should definitely look into training the connections skill if you're after the standings. It will help out tremendously.

and it depends on if you manage to get blue with the residents in the o.o system the agents is in....

The other day I spent roughly 15 hours running L3 mining missions to build standings for a corp but to also roll out faction storyline missions. I was able to do 58 missions in this time but this dosen't iinclude tons of smoke breaks / making food / etc. I would guess it was about 12 hours total time and includes a 10 part storyline mission, so about 1 mission every 12 minutes.

With most social skills at IV or V and faction standing of 5.1 I was able to bring the corp standing up from 1.3 to 6.21.
