Hello.

Long story short. I played this 6-8 years ago and came back. I leave home at 7am-7pm and only get mabye 1-2hours on weekdays. I'm just wondering would i need to invest alot more time into the game or could i get on happily with this game. The reason i chose this game was because i understand and like this skill system as i cant be on.

Depends on what you like to do...

PVE you can kinda play at your own leisure, but I'd guess that the PVP still requires quite a bit of time investment, because a lot of times you're waiting for your group of friends to gather so you can go. And there delays, always.

As far as grinding for ISK, you don't have to do that with the current PLEX system where a month's subscription cost can get you half a billion ISK.
