Not sure if this is working as intended but I aggro'd a suspect pod... I'm still here bitches :P And I podded someone that went GCC and got a bounty payout. I thought CCP was getting rid of the GCC podding.

Oh and where the hell are all the rage threads about the new expansion. I came here to look for tears and I see none :(

It was explained in a different thread on here, pods are legal targets.

Depends on if the deed was done in Low or High.

Unless they are a War target or Flagged, podding in High Sec will still draw CONCORD.

He said "Suspects pod", if the pod is a suspect, he is flagged :)

No kidding. Derrrrrrrr. My post does not negate that at all, so what's the problem. Just poasting just to poast something. Probably................

Note: Bounties have no effect on who can be attacked legally. Attacking a character with a bounty in high security space that is not a war target and does not have a suspect or criminal flag will result in CONCORD intervention.

Here is the thread i was referring to.

TL:DR :

Question : "Am I to read this that Suspect, LE, and Criminal players will ALL have legally-shootable pods (in the case of LE, to the players involved)?"

CCP Masterplan answer : "Yes. So far we've not seen a good reason why it should be any other way."

Does podding suspects/GCC pods award killrights. I will abuse this if so. If I suicide gank someone my empty pod shall wait to be popped and then I shall pop you again legally mwahahahaa. IF not though its kinda terrible bectause it will be hard for anyone to get killrights even in lowsec.

I am not sure if I am going to log in anymore.......

My post clearly states the case is different with a Flag.

I did not gain any kill rights doing so. I'm all clear

I do not disagree with what you linked but if you read my 1st post properly, you will see that I said I podded a guy that went GCC (criminal flag) and got the bounty. The criminal flag made it legal

I think this is what should happen if you pod someone in high sec.

Seems like a rather disproportionate penalty for someone who probably has a killright that can be set to public. The gankee wasn't podded, doesn't have a public killright on them, and wasn't attacked by God. Podding should have consequence for EVERYONE in high sec.

I thnk once this little bit of info catches on the majority of people ingame who aren't aware if it, it'll have a poor effect on the number of people engaging in PvP in high sec.

Or just remove CONCORD. It's excessive.

Okay just to clraify:

- podding a subject in highsec does NOT get concord on you
- podding a subject in highsec DOES give that subject a killright on you, that he can sell or use

Am I right? If yes, thats nice. All about consequences.
