Ship Destruction Animation?

Will Retribution include any ship destruction animation? It might get intensive for the GPU or CPU, but i'm sure there's a way to make it not all that demanding. I'm tired of seeing ships disappear in a blink of an eye before the explosion comes in out of nowhere.

Btw, where can I find the Retribution official trailer?

Patch Notes
If it's not listed on there... it isn't included.

Also... google is your friend.

Well Youtube has the same concept except it's exclusively videos though I couldn't find it there.

Adding that ship destruction feature is still a good idea IMO, I leave it on the table.

Edit: Awesome trailer!

Unless that pretty ship explosion includes AOE damage...no one will care.

Since the cessation of their usefulness is imminent, may I appropriate your belongings?

what would be nice is if take the rtifter for example. When it hits zero hp. Have 2 scalled down explosions on the front ends, then 1 or 2 moving up the hull, finally ending with the big explosion.

Each ship should have hotspots, or just be random. But then when a batleship goes up, it would have small explosions too, but more of them. Finally making it much easier to understand scale. Right now a titan explodes the same way as cruiser :/

well no.
But I got an idea :D

Let the ship collapse on itself as the warpdrive overloaded and the shielding ruptured ,sucking the entire ship inside out into a blackhole in the process
