Who owns the State issue Raven? there must be like ONE because i never see it, and if no one owns it why keep it listed in the game, its kinda a tease, js.

There's another owner whose name is known but I forget.

The third and last state raven's owner is unknown.

In Ret, all the special limited ships are going to be moved into their own category 'Special Edition Ships'. The variation will be listed still, but now people can see the grouping and go "oh, it was special edition".
