Hi.

I am not going to sell, ever I guess.
I like the feeling of having my first char as my main char. But I might buy someone in the future.

But I was wondering if characters that have a wide variety of skills gets traded, sold, bought etc.? Or is there only a market for focused characters?

Cheers.

2 bil b/o.....

just kidding ;)

As a reseller i take many things into account as far as skill distribution goes, there is a market for any type of character, that being said pure focused characters are more specialised and there fore fetch a higher auction price than most.

personally i would direct a character into a set direction depending on what i feel the current trends are going to be/are

Focused characters generally go for a better price because often people want the character to serve a particular need, and SP not directed towards that need are then considered "wasted."

For example, if I were to purchase a titan Pilot. I would know that I dont want this character to do anything but sit in that titan forever and ever. Any SP in industry/marauders/battlecrusiers/frigates/etc is entirely wasted for my use, and I'm not going to want to pay for that "wasted" SP.

However a focused character with great skills, I'm willing to pay more for, since I dont have to sit there and babysit their skill queue and can even have another toon on that same account training.
