EVE Gate mail issues

Greetings

I am trying to send an in-game mail using the EVE gate platform (from my Internet Browser outside of the game of course) and this type of error occurs quite often:
Error parsing mail, check recipients and try again. -- well that's not the error, it's what I remember from it heh.

Does anybody know a fix for it?

1. I've sent a few mails via Evegate and haven't seen what you're describing.

2. If you include a bit more detail, you make it easier for others (including the developers) to investigate. Details such as the exact error message, the browser used (including version), and other pertinent details such as who the addressees were when you received the error.

3. Assuming you have collected the details mentioned in #2 above, you should probably make a bug report. See:
https://bugs.eveonline.com

4. Since you're asking about a (possible) bug, this thread may move from General Discussion to another section such as Issues, Workarounds & Localization

Post the recipient list as you've posted it in the TO-field.

I've simply chosen a corp member, entered on his "page" and used Sent mail. Now that I'm in game, I can't send in-game either, so .......did he block me? lol

Hes just not that into you...move on.

Since the cessation of their usefulness is imminent, may I appropriate your belongings?

I get this simply from clicking someone's name on the forums, then going "Send mail", sometimes it will give me the error you describe.

What error are you getting in-game? I only ever got it on evegate...

Yeah, the error is really bloody weird. Maybe I'll try later, right now I don't really have time :/

(edit: maybe a bit too skinny and emotionless in the eyes, but it's a great start ^_^)

Is it possible you were trying to send a mail during DT? Happened to me before. Should work fine once servers are up again.

The light that burns twice as bright burns half as long - and you have burned so very, very brightly..........

ive had that issue a number of times actually while at work. Id refresh the page (assuming you havent taken that obvious step) and try again or manually type out their name, thats what works for me.

Nop Sad I managed to send the mail to one guy, while to the other, could not.

Sorry, did not work. Tried several methods. Could send to one person but couldn't to another.
