Character Bazaar

As the title states. I am looking for a focused PVP Vindicator pilot.

Must have good gunnery skills. Especially Hybrids. (also all gunnery support skills to 4 or 5)

Level 5 Gallente + Level 5 Minmatar Battleship.

Good Engineering. (energy management and basic shield tank)
Basic Electronics skills trained. (targeting, Propulsion jamming, ect)
Good Armor tanking is a must.. Prefer if all resists are as close to level 5 as possible.
Mechanics trained up for rig fitting.

It'd be awesome to have a remap or two available.
Prefer a toon able to get into high sec.

I would prefer a character able to fit most or all Tech 2 modules related to an armor tanked Vindicator PVP pilot.

So to sum it up. Vindicator character with good armor tank, not so great shield tank, Good energy management skills, Near perfect Gunnery for Hybrids, basic electronics skills, and able to fit most Tech 2 modules.

My budget.
Ive got alot of isk but I dont waist it just because. If your character is worth what youre asking ill pay for it, Just dont be greedy.
