Grossly overpriced. I was expecting far better navigational skills given the title of your thread.

Your character has 17 mill skill points. You want 9 billion .

Characters with 60 million skill points are changing hands for around 15 bill. 70 million skill points for around 20 bill.

Go figure.

The fact that the character can fly the ships you have listed is nice.

The gunnery skills are ok. But the support skills are not good enough. You can't even use decent implants, and the speed / resists are going to be shocking.

Substantial further training is required before the character can properly fly anything in a combat situation.

I would certainly not be risking anything faction or T3 with those skills.
